Kingwood Ballet (KB) occasionally takes photographs and videos of classes, events and performances. These images may be used in news publications, programs, other printed materials and electronically in e-blasts and on the KB website and Facebook pages that promote activities for KB.
We request your permission before we publish photographs, or use any recording of your dancer. Please review the Conditions of Use and answer the questions below.
Conditions of Use:
This form is valid through August 31, 2025 or for the period of time your dancer is a member of Kingwood Ballet, unless you notify us otherwise. This consent will automatically expire after this time.
Your dancer's image may still be used in publications after he/she leaves the company unless KB receives written notification from the parent/guardian asking us not to use your dancer's image.
We may use group or class photographs and/or video footage.
