Kingwood Dance Theatre DBA Kingwood Ballet is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and relies on contributions from our generous investors for financial support. ​​As an all-volunteer run organization, Kingwood Ballet maximizes donor investments by directing resources towards staging our productions, provide youth development, community enrichment and build programs that introduce the artistry and athleticism of ballet to a broader audience. 

 

Corporate sponsorships help us provide professional like productions to Kingwood and surrounding communities with an affordable and closer to home alternative to the downtown destinations. Over 5,000 audience members are served annually contributing an estimated $175,000 into the local community through arts related audience spending. 

 

Without your investment we would not be able to provide our youth with life-long skills that extend far beyond their time on the stage. Dancers from the youngest age learn confidence and teamwork, leading to improved self-esteem, resilience, perseverance, accountability and professionalism. Skills highly valued in higher education and professional careers.

Each investment provides the following opportunities for the youth in our community:

• Dancer - training, performance experience, life-skills development:  Valued at $545 per dancer/performance

• High School Student (backstage) - training, technical skills, life-skills development:  Valued at $243 per student/performance

• Girl Scouts - cultural experience, theatre familiarity, education, badge opportunities:  Valued at $50 for every 10 scouts
