Guild / Volunteering

Kingwood Ballet is an all-volunteer run organization with an estimated 3,100 volunteer hours annually.

​

The Kingwood Ballet Guild is a group of volunteers responsible for delivery of the season productions and fundraising activities. Without the Guild, Kingwood Ballet would not be able to provide the communities with unique opportunities like the Sugar Plum Tea, Nutcracker Ballet and the spring storybook ballet.

The Guild and company parents alone cannot handle all the positions and hours needed for these productions.  Volunteering for Kingwood Ballet is open to other community volunteer groups and individuals.  We currently have the National Charity League - Kings Trails Chapter and students from local high schools National Honor Society helping us.  Sign-up opportunities are organized through SignUp Genius and those links can be available upon request. ​

Ways to Help

Sugar Plum Tea
Sign up to help at one of our 4 Sugar Plum Teas: Help is needed at our raffle tables, food/dessert & beverage tables, boutique, salon and ushering. 
Nutcracker Ballet
Sign up to help at one of our 4 Nutcracker performances.  Help is needed ushering, flower table, concessions and boutique sales  
Storybook Ballet
Sign up to help at one of our 4 storybook ballet performances.  Help is needed ushering, buffet table, concessions and boutique sales  
Join us for Spirit Night events. A bi-monthly socializing dinner held at one of our local restaurants.  Starting around 7:00 pm. All are invited!
