When will the doors open?

Doors will open at the posted time. Either 11:00 am or 3:00 pm.

How should I dress for the Sugar Plum Tea?

We want you to be comfortable. Most people dress in nice slacks, some wear dresses. Girls can wear pants or dresses. Some girls like to dress up in their princess dresses or holiday themed clothes.

Do I have to visit the Salon first?

Accepted Answer

No. Feel free to bypass the line for the Salon and head into the main room. You can always visit the salon when the line is shorter.

Can I change to a different Tea after I purchase my tickets?

We will do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind the teas sell out fast.

Will there be a wait list if the teas sell out?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We keep a wait list and will notify you if tickets become available.

Question 6

Is it OK for my daughter to dance in the back during the performance?

Accepted Answer

Please do not allow your child to leave her seat during the performance. It is dangerous and the little dancer could get hurt. It is also disruptive to the others attendees. Please explain that everyone remains in their seat throughout the performance.

Where do I pick up my tickets?

Tickets are sold online through TIX. The link is on our website. All tickets will be available for pickup at the event. The Will-Call table will open at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm, 30 minutes prior to posted time.
